For the sales organization in North Holland, our client is currently looking to strengthen the team with a talented and passionate Product Sales Support Specialist. You will be part of a driven team that aims and achieves excellence in service to customers.
Explanation of vacancy
- first of all, you will be given the necessary time and space to familiarize yourself with the products and applications
- once trained, you offer technical and commercial support to customers
- you answer customer questions, provide product information and recommendations, and solve problems in a timely and professional manner
- you will help evaluate and process customer requirements, propose solutions and coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure delivery and satisfaction.
- you will work with the field sales force on technical and commercial inquiries from key accounts
- you develop and maintain relationships with strategic customers, provide product updates and demonstrations
- you communicate technical questions, launch new products and coordinate activities with international product specialists
- you contribute to market and competition analyses
Profile
Your education, knowledge and experience
- you have a degree in electronics, automation and/or electrical engineering
- you have experience in a similar or related position, preferably in the electronics and components industry
- ideally you already have a good knowledge of sensors, switches, controllers, etc.
- you are comfortable with IT tools (ERP, CRM tools, Microsoft Office 365)
