Due to their continued growth, they are currently looking to strengthen their team with an Architect Project Manager.
As Architect Project Manager, you will have the following duties and responsibilities:
- Architectural studies: from preliminary design to follow-up works and delivery
- Technical management of projects
- General coordination between the various disciplines (architecture, techniques, stability, process installations, environmental aspects, etc.)
- Project management: communication, organisation, budget, planning and quality control
- You are a Civil Engineer Architect or Architect
- You have extensive experience in a specialised engineering or architectural firm
- You have solid experience in construction management
- In addition to your technical knowledge, you are precise and organised
- You have the ability to work independently
- You are communicative and a real team player
